Supportive Therapies For Better Outcomes — Enrich Your Life Through Relaxation Techniques, Aromatherapy, and Gentle Movement.
Everything organic has a frequency that we can measure. Humans, animals, and plants have a vibration or frequency. Flowers, trees, and herbs are sources of concentrated energy in the form of essential oils. As a healer, you know the power within your hands. There is scientific evidence that your energy field brightens or amps up when an essential oil is brushed through your energy field or applied topically to the body. There is research that the power of words and prayer can increase your frequency. When you integrate vibrational therapies together, you definitely enhance the frequency of your holistic practice.
Ancient cultures' writings and information show that our first medicine included our hands (energy therapy), plants (aromatherapy), and prayer or blessings. The combination of these modalities was done to bring the person back to a balance in healing. Today, we know that these methods have a vibrational energy and affect the healing frequency of another.
There are many forms of hands-on energy therapy, including Healing Touch, Reiki, and Polarity. These therapies have different techniques and history, but they all involve bringing the person to a place of relaxation. This relaxation can raise the frequency of the person and provide balance and harmony. When the body is in harmony and peace, there is healing.
Essential oils are the plant's life essence, and oils contain naturally occurring chemical constituents that contribute to the healing balance of your client. Essential oils have vibrational frequencies that affect your subtle energy body, including energy fields and centers. Chemicals, contaminants, and adulterants that may be part of the essential oil makeup can dampen its frequency and thereby affect the energy of the person.
Thoughts and feelings carry energy! In that, our energy frequencies are conveyed to your client through your words and intention.
It’s crucial to find the tools that help you ground and center before and during a session. Grounding exercises may include prayer, visualization, or heart connection to help you stay focused on your client and their goal.
Check-in with yourself. Are you feeling uplifted or distracted? Be mindful of your heart as you share the healing practice.
Integrating methods enhances the client’s vibrational frequency, providing quicker or longer-lasting benefits.
To begin a session, I acknowledge the client’s goal and start with the intention for their highest good (I don’t need to know what that may be or look like). I will ground myself with prayer and maybe visualize myself as a tree connected and strong. I’ll blend breath work and visualization to begin a session to promote relaxation and peace. Energy therapy is an excellent tool to bring balance and connection to healing.
When I add aromatherapy, the client outcomes may occur quicker, such as greater relaxation and comfort. In addition, the benefits may last for a more significant period of time than with just aromatherapy or energy therapy.
I may provide the client with a reminder of our session like an inhaler of the aroma used to serve as a trigger for relaxation (see suggestions in the box). We may review relaxation tools for practicing at home, such as breathwork and visualization.
The vibrational healing modalities identified - energy therapy, aromatherapy, and mindful intention, have excellent outcomes and benefits on their own. However, when you are able to blend them together, you enhance the frequency for your client bringing greater relaxation, harmony, and balance.
