Visualization is a powerful tool that can be used for relaxation and to create your vision. Many well known programs use creative visualization as a foundation for their education and training with huge outcomes.
There are 4 Steps for Effective Creative Visualization:
1. Set your goal – for greater health, more energy, better sleep, improved relationship, etc
2. Create a clear picture or idea as if it is happening right now, this moment!
3. Focus on this goal and vision often yet gently – do not force it 🙂
4. Give the process positive energy – affirm it; see yourself achieving the desired outcome.
